Outdoor:
You will have a sweet vacation in this backyard. Start with a refreshing dip in the pool, complete with a warm spillover spa for relaxation. Three poolside loungers and three umbrellas offer comfortable spots to bask in the sun or find some shade. Your furry friends will appreciate the convenient pet door! Challenge your loved ones to fun games with the foosball table, ping pong table, and cornhole set. When it s time to unwind, gather around the impressive 75-inch Samsung TV. Embrace your inner chef with the natural gas grill, countertop space, built-in mini fridge, and bar-height seating. Savor meals cooked over the barbecue pit with a steel grill grate. Dine alfresco at the outdoor table for six, or enjoy additional seating at the second small table for three. The covered patio, complete with double fans and lights, offers a cozy lounge couch for five. When shade is a must, our pull chain window screen blocks out the harsh sun, keeping the covered patio area cooler and ensuring a comfortable spot to relax and enjoy. Occupants of the Short-Term Rental shall be prohibited from using all outdoor amenities and/or engaging in outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM Sunday through Thursday and 10 PM and 8 AM Friday and Saturday.

Bedroom Descriptions:
Master Suite 1 is located at the end of the hallway next to bedroom two and features a King-sized Bed, a Full-sized Sofa Sleeper, a 43-inch Insignia Smart television, a remote-controlled ceiling fan, and a walk-in closet with access to the back patio. The private, en suite bathroom features a tile shower and double vanity sinks.

Bedroom 2 is located next to Master Suite 1 and features a Full Over Full with Twin Trundle Bunk Bed, 43-inch Samsung 4K Smart television, remote-controlled ceiling fan, and reach-in closet. In this bedroom, you ll find a PS4 game console with two controllers, providing great entertainment options for younger guests. Bedroom 3 is located next to the laundry room and features a Queen-sized Bed, 40-inch Samsung Smart television, remote-controlled ceiling fan, and reach-in closet. Bedroom 4 is located across the hallway bathroom and features a Queen-sized Bed, 32-inch Insignia Smart television, remote-controlled ceiling fan, and reach-in closet.

Remarkable Property

My wife and I stayed at Dulce Vida for the past two months, and it has been the best of many rentals we've had over the years. So many features to enjoy, notably the fire table, spa/pool, spacious backyard and game room. Alicia was quick to respond to questions. Looking forward to coming back here!
