The aroma of bacon and eggs sizzling on the griddle fills the air as you cook a hearty meal to fuel your day. After breakfast, schedule a tee time and play some golf. the course is challenging yet rewarding, with stunning scenery at every turn. Enjoy the fresh air and the feeling of the sun on your skin. As the day heats up, you'll be able to take a refreshing dip in the pool. The water is crystal clear and inviting. Occupants of the Short-Term Rental shall be prohibited from using all outdoor amenities and/or engaging in outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM Sunday through Thursday and 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM Friday and Saturday.

Indoor:
This vacation home opens to a spacious living room with a family kitchen. The living room has plenty of room to lounge in front of a 65-inch Samsung 4K Smart television and electric fireplace with comfort under the remote-controlled ceiling fan. The casual dining room features a dining table with seating for seven. The fully-equipped kitchen features stunning stainless steel appliances, such as a Samsung side-by-side refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser. It offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal, including granite countertops and bar-height dining with seating for four. No spices, condiments, or oils are provided.

Bedroom Descriptions:
Master Suite 1 is located next to the hallway bathroom and features a King-sized Bed, 65-inch Samsung 4K Smart television, remote-controlled ceiling fan, and walk-in closet with access to the back patio. The private en suite bathroom features a tile shower and double vanity sinks.

Suite 2 is located next to the entrance doors and features a Queen-sized Bed, switch-controlled ceiling fan, and reach-in closet. The private en suite bathroom features a tile shower and a vanity sink. Bedroom 3 is located next to the laundry room and features a Full Over Full with Twin Trundle Bunk Bed, switch-controlled ceiling fan, and reach-in closet.

The hallway bathroom is next to bedroom three and features a bathtub, shower combo, and vanity sink.

Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Starbucks, and all the shops along 111. El Paseo is 20 minutes away.

Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the devices is prohibited and will result in the guest being evicted without a refund. The Licensee will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any returned money.
