Inside, you'll find a comfortable and spacious home with 5 private bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, sleeping up to 10 guests.



The living room features comfortable leather seating, a smart TV with streaming access, and a full-size pool table for some friendly competition.



The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, cookware, dishes, and everything you need to prepare meals at home. A breakfast bar provides additional seating and opens into the main living areas.



There are also two dining areas, making it easy for everyone to gather for meals.

Your four-legged family members are welcome! The home allows up to 2 dogs, small to medium breed, 50 lbs or less, with a pet fee. Please contact us after booking for pet instructions and to add your pets to the reservation.



Guest Access:

Per local ordinance, all guests will receive a Good Neighbor Brochure as part of the Welcome Packet provided at check-in. Guests are required to review and comply with all city regulations, neighborhood policies, and occupancy requirements outlined in the brochure throughout their stay.

Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring the Coachella Valley. The home is conveniently located near Highway 111, making it easy to get around Indio and neighboring communities.



Palm Springs International Airport is approximately 25 minutes away, and Palm Springs, La Quinta, Indian Wells, and Joshua Tree are all within easy driving distance.



Other Things to Note:

Pool and Spa Heating- ADDON Optional pool and spa heating is available for an additional $80 per night. We recommend adding this service between October and May to ensure the water temperature is comfortable during your stay. If you would like to include pool heat, please notify us at least 72 hours prior to your arrival, as some pools may require up to 48 hours to reach the desired temperature of 86 degrees.



Interaction with Guests:

All guests must complete an in-person check-in at our office prior to accessing the property. During check-in, we will verify the identity of the primary reservation holder, provide your welcome packet, and issue property keys. The guest who made and paid for the reservation must be present and must be at least 25 years old. Our office is open daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you anticipate arriving after business hours, please contact our office in advance so we can arrange an alternative check-in procedure.
