Charismatic Casita in the Desert W/ Pool & Spa

This Casita is located in the upscale gated community Indian Palms Country Club. Enjoy the sunshine the desert brings 365 days a year! This Casita is very close to the Coachella/Stagecoach grounds. Check out a polo match while in season! It’s a short drive away to Palm Springs, Old Town La Quinta, El Paseo, Joshua Tree, and other hot spot attractions.



The Casita is attached to a residential home which the owner resides in. Privacy is our priority and you will get that while staying here. The Casita has its own private entrance and private en-suite bathroom. The only shared spot is the driveway for parking. The space has a small desk for office space if you need to get some work done. It also has a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee station. This spot is perfect for quick overnight stays, or even a place to stay longer as you go out and explore the desert. Community pool is available to use and is just a short drive away. There is also a community gym and tennis courts- just let us know if you want added to the list.



Guest have access to a parking spot in the driveway, full casita access, and community amenities.

Home is located in gated community - Indian Palms Country Club. Close to many attractions such as Palm Springs, Old Town La Quinta, Joshua Tree, El Paseo, and more!



The neighborhood features a 27 hole championship golf course, a clubhouse for food and drinks. It also has Tennis Courts available for use.



When entering the community, you must enter the front gate on Monroe Street @ Indian Palms County Club. To exit, you can use closest gate on Jackson, or the front @ Monroe street.



Uber and Lyfts are welcomed.



Over night street parking is not allowed doing so may lead to a fine or a ticket.



The Casita is it’s own private space. Owner occupies the main home.
