Brand new pool spa! Private vacation home near golf, tennis, central location

We keep our kid-friendly 3 bedroom home immaculately clean. This is our family desert home and we take care of it well. We have a house manager who is local and can meet your needs as need be. We would love to host you so you can enjoy your visit to the desert.

The place is newly renovated with fully stocked kitchen, new white quartz counter tops and ample lighting. We provide coffee k-cups and tea. The whole house furnishings are all brand new.

We have a Peloton for your wellness needs. They have cycling and yoga classes that are sure to inspire even the beginner exerciser to the enthusiast.

The home has 3 smart TVs, and games like Pac-Man, indoor basketball hoop, foosball and ping pong table. The home has fiber internet, the highest speed internet available. Several devices may stream at the same time without compromise in speed.

The home is centrally located, 15 minutes from Palm Springs, short 5-10 minute drive to La Quinta, Rancho Mirage, Indian Wells and Palm Desert. It is about 45 minute drive to Joshua Tree. There is plenty of parking including garage, driveway and street parking.

The home has a large backyard for the whole family to enjoy with outdoor seating and table. There are swings next to the large fruiting mango tree. There is a heated pool and spa, heating available per request.

For the safety of our guests and the property, we have outdoor Ring cameras and outdoor backyard camera. There are no cameras inside the house for guest privacy.

We have our own cleaning crew that have scrubbing and disinfecting protocols for the home after each stay. All surfaces (floors, counter tops and furniture, high touch surfaces etc) are cleaned and sanitized by professionally trained staff. All linens are cleaned, washed and sanitized including duvets, sheets, pillowcases. We are taking every and all possible precautions, as we always have, to make sure the home is clean, sanitized and ready for use for your stay. Accordingly, please respect all check-in and check-out times as the staff needs time to perform tasks before and after each stay.

Cancellation polity explanation:
Should you have to cancel, we will try to accommodate moving your reservation. Should something come up, we will come up with a reasonable solution for unforeseen circumstances. We will hold a credit for the monies, subject to the terms and conditions in our rental agreement which you will have paid in. We will make our best efforts to accommodate you and re-book you at a later time. Rates are not guaranteed to be the same and vary widely depending on market conditions and time of year. We appreciate your understanding on this issue.

Noise ordinances and regulations:
the outdoor music restriction has been lifted and you CAN play music at low levels now outside the home. However, music and noise allowed before 10PM and after 8am. The noise ordinance is monitored closely. Loud music and parties or other circumstances that would cause disturbance to the neighborhood are not tolerated and you will be responsible for fines, and may result to termination of booking.

We kindly ask that you please use your common sense when using the home and not disturb the neighbors who live in the area full time. We appreciate your courtesy and respect towards the neighbors, we thank you for your understanding!
