« The property did not match my expectations based on the listing photos. Upon arrival, there was a strong stale and musty odor throughout the home that I found difficult to tolerate.I also observed several maintenance and cleanliness concerns, including a missing outlet cover with exposed wiring, multiple exterior-access doors that were unlocked, paint spatter in various areas, visible dust buildup, dirty dishes left in the dishwasher, and an overgrown yard with trash present.I understand that...

« Overall a good home in good location. Few minor things could be added. Kitchen lacked a few things…had to run out to purchase a wire whisk, no food processor or hand mixer, throw rug immediately in front door was not clean…grass clippings. The grill worked but is very rusty. Better seating for 7 adults in living room and lower level would be fantastic too. But the price is good and we had a fine visit. »

« Loved the tiger theme. This bungalow was conveniently located in an historic neighborhood, only 16-20 minutes from the state fair. I wish my sister had come with her dog because the place was well-adapted for traveling pups! »

« The house was varry clean and had all we need to make it feel like home away from home. My kids loved it, and so did are dog. The yard was fully fenced in so my dog could run around and play. Jessica was verry nice and under standing, and she alwas got back to me if i had any questions. We had a great time very much recommended, we are hoping to stay there again sometime. »
