We traveled as a group from our church for the International Competition at the Convention Center. The house was clean and as described. The only issue we had was the AC thermostat was locked and we could not adjust the temp in the house. Other than that the staff was great and the house is clean and welcoming.

We chose Indy because my son turned 16 and he recently had a couple friends move to Chicago so we met in Indy to celebrate his 16th birthday. We had 4 16 year old boys and 4 19 year old boys along with my husband and myself. We had a great stay! The house had plenty of room and lots of activities.

We had a lovely stay with our family of 14. The game room was a big hit with all ages. We loved the large dining room table. It was perfect for meals at home. The kitchen included everything for cooking meals. We enjoyed our grilling experience too- nice size and functional. The location by the park is perfect. We were able to walk to the playground, a restaurant, a few grocery and convenience stores. Getting downtown was very convenient. The sleeping areas were very nice. The apartment was detached from the main house and very lovely. This house/ apartment combination was wonderful. We all enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much to our hosts!!!

This house and garage apartment was fantastic for our extended family Christmas getaway. We appreciated the Christmas tree in the living room as a nice extra touch. The kitchen is very well-equipped for cooking several meals for a group of twelve--plenty of dishes, silverware, pots, pans, etc. All the rooms were attractive, orderly and comfortable. The game room was of course a hit. All around, we had a really great time. Just a couple pieces of constructive criticism--one is that the water from the faucet doesn't taste so hot and there didn't appear to be a working filter or anything. Also, there were only two dish towels and we couldn't find any extras. We were cooking a lot so they got dirty pretty fast--more would have been appreciated. Still, a five-star stay!
