Welcome to our beautifully redone 100+ year old home! We are pleased to offer our guests a charming and comfortable space to stay. Our spacious 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home is perfect for families or groups traveling for work or leisure. This home is perfect for both short and long term stays!

The space
This large 3000sqft remodeled historic home has plenty to offer with is 3br and 1.5 bathrooms. There is a king, queen, two twin, and a full bed (pullout couch) to ensure everyone has a place to sleep all on a brand new foam mattress (minus the pullout couch). The full bathroom has been completely redone with a large shower with filtered water, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

The kitchen has everything you'll need from the basics, as well as an air fryer, wine glasses, baking dishes and pans, and a full rack of organic spices to choose from! Whether you're cooking for the whole family or just you, this kitchen will suit every need for you and your guests.

The finished basement includes a variety of arcade games, providing endless entertainment for all ages. The basement also has a new smart TV with a pullout couch. There is also full laundry room with detergent, dryer sheets, an ironing board and iron, and anything else you need to feel right at home for your stay.

We offer private parking in the back for one car and a fenced in yard with a deck, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. There is also plenty of free street parking in the front of the home if you prefer to park there.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home which is one half of a duplex. They will have access to everything in the home as well as the back yard and one parking space in the rear. Guests will have a code that works for the front and back door that starts working at check-in and stops working at check-out.
