Hosts are super accompdating and helpful! Also provided a super cute welcome basket, made sure we had what we needed and the place itself is very nice, clean and has everything you need for a couple's retreat, would 100% come again.

Unit was frigid cold, dirty and unsafe. Railing was unsecured, countertop and wall it was attached to was unsafe at best. Only three baseboard heaters were in the unit and they were not turned on prior to our arrival, it was barely above the outside temperature in the unit. Fixtures missing off the walls in the bathroom and not replaced or repaired properly. Walls were dirty all throughout the unit as well as marks on the kitchen wall where the stove is. Missing facia on the kitchen cabinet. We did NOT stay more than 30-45 minutes as the unit was completely uninhabitable due to the cold. In the time we were in there, the heaters did little to nothing to warm the space. One electrical outlet was not even secured into the wall, it was just floating there by the wiring in the wall cavity.

Perfect for what i needed

I was very happy with my stay. The place was just as advertised. I was in town for a concert Gainbridge Fieldhouse and the location was just a 5 minute uber ride away. The house and and neighborhood are both old but don't let that deter you. There is on street parking and it was not an issue to find a spot. Would i stay again? Absolutely.

Older neighborhood close to downtown. Clean, cute and well stocked space. It was frigid with no heat on upon arrival. We had to leave for it to warm up. Slept comfortably.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay! My sisters and I were in town for a concert at HI FI and the location was perfect, we were able to walk down to Fountain Square for dinner & the concert. Safe and quiet neighborhood but not too far from home Fountain Square and downtown.Only reason for 4/5 is that the check-in was confusing and smell. First, went to the wrong door since the instructions on which door to enter weren’t clear, and then couldn’t get the door open with the provided code. The host answered our call right away and helped walk us through. The space also smelled a bit like weed. Overall, the complimentary wine, tasteful decor, space, location, and communication with hosts was great.

Great Lodging For The Price

This lodging was fine for us. We did not spend much time in the apartment. We were in town for a convention and so we were at the convention center morning to night. The location was two miles from the downtown convention center so easy travel there. The size of the apartment was definitely cozy for the four of us, but it was accurate to the booking so we knew it would be. Size wise the biggest challenge was the compact shower. The kingsize bed in the bedroom was super comfortable. The kitchen was good for us to do snacks but could have used a pitcher- so if you want to make tea or lemonade you might want to bring your own pitcher. We stayed in the upstairs apartment so the steps coming from the door to the living space were pretty strap but the railing was very helpful and the metal bars on the living room side were very helpful. I would stay here again if coming to Indianapolis because the rate was very reasonable and the accommodations were great.

Nice place convenient to fountain square

This was our second stay at this property. Property is well maintained and has all the comforts you might need. Many thoughtful considerations were provided such as toothbrushes, toiletries, and even a bottle of wine. We learned from our first stay to bring a bag of ice to keep in the freezer. We have plans in the area in October and will be back!

Cute place

The rooms were very clean and updated! The owners were very helpful! We got to the property very late in the evening and had trouble finding which door to go to, and the door was hard to open. Alex and Mike were both very helpful and responded quickly when we contacted them and we were able to go in and had no other issues.
