This peaceful location is perfect spot to rest and reconnect and be your base for exploring the area's beautiful outdoor attractions, quant downtowns, IU activities and Indy events. Visiting family, but need your own space, this is perfect for you!

We went above on the appliances, all new. If you must cook, check out the stove with the griddle in the center of the 4 gas burners. Full size and function washer and dryer means less packing.

Main Bedroom: King to stretch out in and relax in the upscale mattress, new 3/2024. Find your perfect rest or tv spot with the adjustable bed frame. Charging access on both side tables. The smart TV is new and big enough to see without those glasses. A silent ceiling fan will give you air flow if you need it for a good night's sleep and the sound machine has multiple options.

2nd Bedroom: The murphy bed is a Queen and has an extra thick mattress. The bed has charging access. When closed, great work space! We hope you don't have to work while here but we know how it usually goes and you've got a space for those call and work demands. Note, the pictures don't show the TV but it will be there by the first rental!

Living room: Large smart TV. Electric fireplace and some individual and family games. Both tables have charging access and the couch arms adjust for you comfort. You won't need the throw blankets but if you are like us, it's nice to end the day with feet up, soft throw and a glass.

Dinning: You might notice the 2 tables. We gave you some options, set back and enjoy the view of calm outdoors.

Kitchen: Coffee bar, Martini supplies, Tea supplies, and all the dining and cookware you will need. Lots of windows and sightlines to the dining and living areas. In case you have to cook, a fancy gas range with all the bells and whistles!

Outdoor spaces: Big yard, front porch, table and seating are coming shortly. The rail is also usable as seating. Back deck is new, large and features both a new grill and furniture.

Laundry room: Full size and all the features at no extra charge. You can pack less and be ready to go.

USB's on the bedroom and living room lights. Electric available on the exterior lights. - charging your phones is a breeze!

You'll feel like you have really gotten away but 4 minutes to restaurants and shopping! 8 minutes to Oliver Winery!

Perfect spot to visit the hiking and beauty of south central Indiana, when you aren't hanging out at IU or the hot spots in Indy!
