Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. There are 7 walkable restaurants: Loco, Baby's, Bocca, Teas Me Cafe, Mashcraft, Subway and Little Caesars. You are a 2 minute walk from the red line bus line that takes you downtown. You are a 5 minute ride from Lucas Oil Stadium and Gainbridge, the home of the Pacers. All of your downtown needs are 5 minutes away without the downtown traffic.

House was ok…. Location was ideal to get to downtown, north side & south side. Neighborhood felt safe. Pictures were not fully representative of the property. Most of the light bulbs were burnt out & there was very little offered in the kitchen (a few cups, limited flatware & plates). There was no extra paper products (TP / paper towels, so we had to buy our own). Also no coffee & or supplies to use with the coffee maker. Fridge light was burnt out & setting was freezing everything in the fridge.Windows leaked, so it was noisy & cold at night. Temperature was difficult to change, & did not produce heat in one of the bedrooms. Beds sit low to ground, which was uncomfortable for our family as we are tall.

House was great and worked fine for our needs. Was a little chilly but the weather was super cold at Zero degrees, Thankfully there was an extra blanket in the closet to help. Overall The house was an amazing value for the price and we all were very happy! We would definitely book again!

This property is not suitable for rental. Front porch stair rental was rotten and broke off in my hand going down. I almost fell. Stairway going upstarts is too small and very hard to navigate. I could barely carry a bag up it. Going down was worse! Front porch wasn’t even swept! The toilets are NOT adult size. Very small and difficult for a 6’1” man to stand up from. I hated both of them! Stair carpet was filthy, So was shag carpet in bath! Thermostat would not register over 68’’, It was 10” outside and the place is drafty a not well insulated. This is not what I cal VRBO quality!!!!

This was an awesome place to stay. I lived in Indy previously and only used to pass by those places abs wondered how thy looked on the inside. I was definitely pleasantly surprised. The book made with all the important information about the area and house was VERY helpful and considerate. The house was very nice, clean, and spacious. The rooms were nice. All of the necessary utensils in the kitchen to cook. The neighborhood was really nice and peaceful. I will DEFINITELY book this place again for my next Indy trip and recommend it to anyone looking for a nice and pleasant, peaceful, enjoyable stay in the city. Very satisfied with my stay.

I enjoyed my stay very much!House was comfortable and great space.Kitchen worked well for me: nice size work space, good size refrigerator, and I love a gas range! Bed was comfortable, large bathroom with a tub /shower option: I love a bath. I was comfortable in the neighborhood. A great value!!

Neighborhood was nice, quiet (other than at times street traffic picked up). Host was very responsive to messages. Just a note: no paper products were provided other than toilet paper. Host did bring one roll of paper towel at request but just an fyi if you use napkins, Kleenex, etc to bring your own. Also, it appeared kitchen not fully stocked. It didn’t matter to us because we never ate in the vrbo but again, just an fyi if you want to do meals here. Overall it worked for us as a place to sleep that wasn’t too far from the convention center.

Ok stay not bad for what you pay

Nice neighborhoodHouse looked like it WAS NOT cleaned before we got there.Floors unswept and some furniture needed dusting, kitchen floor was stickyStairs are steep as hell and badly need to be recarpeted or deep cleaning or both. Beds sit really low because no box springs If you're a tall family like we were then this may not be the place for you. Bedrooms sparsely decorated and tidy wasn't sure if the sheets were clean or they absorbed the odor of the A/Cunit. The A/C units need to be cleaned out they have a moldy smell to them when they're running. Room with twin bed needs an A/C unit.There is a particular smell you get hit with when you walk in not bad but not good either just odd, like an old musty need to air out the house kind of smell. Overall the stay wasn't to bad but I've stayed in much cleaner and better. Met the owner who showed up the day before we were to checkout wondering why we weren't checked out until I told her not til Monday. She said she was mistaken and looked at the calendar wrong. She seemed sweet, we chatted a bit and she went on her way. This place could be really nice to stay at if more effort were put into cleaning it better, better decor and bed and ts at the least. Felt like a i was in PreK trying to squat my 6 ft self to use the toilet. Uncomfortable as all. Anyways would I recommend. If you're trying to save money and don't mind a questionably clean place. Otherwise I wouldn't to anyone I know. I wouldn't hear the end of it.

The home is fine, but it is very bare. Almost no utensils, no bells and whistles. I’ll definitely stay there again, but those little things go a long way.

He was little dusty and dirty around the base of the floor have all the rooms and bathroom had a problem with the toilet hose coming loose but we put it back on and after that everything was pretty good the steps were little steep but we made it okay
