This spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom Indianapolis home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. Bedroom 1 features a king bed, Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and Bedroom 3 includes a queen and single bed. The living room offers a queen pull-out and single pull-out, plus a separate couch for seating. Guests can also enjoy a full kitchen, dedicated workspace, in-unit laundry, outdoor patio, free parking, and self check-in.

Guests have private access to the entire Unit B, including all three bedrooms, both bathrooms, the living area, full kitchen, dedicated workspace, and in-unit laundry.

Guests may also use the outdoor patio and designated free parking areas. Self check-in provides a simple and convenient arrival experience.

Please note that this unit is part of a residential multifamily property, so other residents may occupy separate units within the building. Parties, events, smoking, and unregistered guests are not permitted.

Getting around Indianapolis is easy from this central location. Downtown Indianapolis, Mass Ave, the Bottleworks District, IU Health, Gainbridge Fieldhouse, Lucas Oil Stadium, the Indiana Convention Center, and the Children’s Museum are all a short drive away. Guests can use a personal vehicle, Uber, Lyft, taxis, public transportation, or bike-share services. Free parking is available at the property, and nearby major roads provide convenient access throughout the city.

Our Core Value is to be a good neighbor and comply with all local regulations. Therefore, all guests MUST agree to the house rules before/during their stay as there are other tenants at the property.

- All guests are screened using our third-party partner, Autohost. In order to abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal, pay a security deposit and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

MAIL & PACKAGE DELIVERY

We discourage direct delivery to the building/apartment. It is recommended to make use of a nearby pickup/drop-off location to guarantee receipt of your mail/package.

* Please note guests staying longer than 28 days will be responsible for paying utilities used during their stay.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties and smoking anywhere on our premises. All our units come equipped with noise sensors. While we do not anticipate the need, following multiple warnings, we will use local law enforcement to ensure compliance. Should removal be required, it will be done at the guest`s expense.

Unapproved late checkout will result in a $50 charge for every hour after the scheduled checkout time.

Smoking - Smoking inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property is STRICTLY prohibited, as this is a smoke-free community. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $300.00 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment.

Parties and Events - Parties and events are STRICTLY prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. This home is equipped with Noise detection monitors.

Unauthorized Animal/Pet Fee: $250.00

Missing or damaged items - Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens, or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300.00.

Towels and linens - Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Towels and washcloths should not be used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. Any permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage and are not included in the damage protection policy. Guests should NOT wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves as this can cause damage to those items and the washing machine. Please leave all sheets on the bed. We emphasize not to start any laundry. If linens are laundered by guests and subsequently damaged, we regretfully must charge for their replacement.

House Rules - Any evidence of a guest breaking posted house rules, including exceeding the occupancy listed by the guest on the reservation, parking restrictions, pool rules, illegal substances, or use of the property can result in a fine of up to $1000.00 and/or eviction from the property.
