Spectacular

This place was everything we needed. We came to Indy for a lacrosse tournament. And instead of staying at a boring hotel. We choose this perfect little gem. The house was super clean. In a really nice neighborhood. And met all of our needs. Stayed for 2 nights and it was very roomy and comfortable. Lots of local eateries and shops within a few miles. You don’t have to wonder far at all if you need anything. The property owner Jesse was very easy to deal with. And the check in and out was a price of cake. Highly recommend. Thanks again for the hospitality Jesse.

Perfect Broad Ripple Property

This was the first time that I have visited the Broad Ripple area of Indy. This was a perfect match for our family of 4 plus my 2 parents. It is 20 minutes from the zoo, and 20 minutes from the Children’s Museum. It also is within walking of great entertainment and dinner,as well as short drives to good dinner as well. The layout and styling of the property is phenomenal. It is a beautiful way to experience life in a different part of town. 10/10

Our stay in Broad Ripple couldn’t have been better. The house was in a great location, in a wonderful neighborhood, but a very short walk to Broad Ripple Ave (and the cute Broad Ripple Flower Alley). I don’t think I have ever stayed in a better-appointed VRBO, and the place was very clean and somehow always smelled wonderful - as my daughter would remind me every time we came in the front door. I would definitely stay here again.

Great weekend getaway

Charming little rental perfect for a long weekend with the family! It was a great location for us! We were in town for a game and a visit with our college kid. We also visited the cute Christmas market in Carmel which was just a short drive from the bungalow. Rental was well stocked, clean, and owners were responsive with the one question I had while staying! Great safe quiet neighborhood too!

Wonderful Getaway!

We had a great stay in this lovely home! The hosts were so easy to communicate with and everything went very smoothly. Beautiful details around the home made for a very comfortable getaway. The shops and restaurants in Broad Ripple were so close we also enjoyed walking the short distance through the neighborhood to go out eat and explore.

Sister weekend

Truly relaxing and enjoyable stay! Jesse and Susannah have the house so well appointed with everything you need and some fun extras as well! The beds are amazingly comfortable, the home’s decor is beautiful and the hosts sweetly checked in on us via email during our stay to see if we had any questions or whether they could help with anything. Cute House and Great Back Yard

The house was a bit small for more than 5 adults but we were able to make it work! However the back yard was phenomenal and well set up! We definitely took advantage of that! It sure was well stocked with fire wood and the neighborhood was nice and quiet! Broad Ripple being right there was also a huge plus for us as we enjoyed going there knowing we were so close to the house!

The house was everything they said it was and more. The night before we left was not so great. The master bedroom is down stairs and it was raining hard that morning. I woke up to water on the floor in the basement. I admittedly told the owner.

Great Stay. Great sleep.

We really enjoyed the stay. We all slept great. It was in the perfect quiet location close to our business event. The access process was very easy, and the host was very fast to respond to any questions. The only part that surprised me a bit was that I paid a cleaning fee, but then there were a few minor chores at the end. The chores themselves weren't bad, but why am I paying a cleaning fee if there are tasks to complete at the end? Maybe the fee only covers a small amount of cleaning? I would still book again in the future, but I would appreciate knowing the expectations upfront.

Sweet spot and lovely home!
