This was the perfect home for us to stay over the Christmas holiday and visit our Indiana family. The hosts were communicative and very kind, saying our nieces and nephews could visit. They even had a Christmas tree up in the front room. It felt like we were right at home for the holidays! Quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors and the lighted hot tub was perfect after a long night of going to see the Pacer’s play (and lose- lol). The beds were comfortable and the two bathrooms so helpful. Great coffee and snacks were provided and everything worked well. We will book this home again for our holiday travels. Thanks so much!

Great home! We mostly used it to sleep, but the kitchen seemed well stocked. There were K-cups and snacks which were enjoyed. Beds were comfortable with soft sheets. The off the street parking was nice. Would stay again!

Perfect fit

I had cousins driving through Indianapolis, and we needed a place for them to stay for a night. Since we have a lot of family in Irvington this was a convenient location for them to stay. The house is really charming, and communication with the owner was superb.

If youre needing a perfect little fanily stay in Indy, this is it!! Night 1 was a birthday party with a bunch of tweens(I'm a little crazy haha). The kids had a BLAST!!! The property was vig enough for tag and hide & seek and then the hot tub Officially voted BEST SLEEPOVER EVER by 6 little cuties! Then day 2 was a night for just my husband and I to relax for the 1st nught with no kids in 3 years. It was perfect and everything we needed and wanted! Communication was very easy and everything just went perfect! It seems like the dishwasher might be on it's last leg, but it didn't take away from the trip at all! Thanks Lauren!

Just what we needed!

The house was spacious and adorable, and was centrally located to everywhere we needed to be. It had a great yard for our little dog to run around in, a hot tub for us to relax in, and the neighborhood was quiet. The owner was great - communicative and flexible.

My friends and I stayed here and we enjoyed the hot tub, coffee maker, tv and the awesome shower in the master bedroom! The host was super kind and communicative. 10/10 would come here again!

Three moms getaway

What a lovely little spot! We each had our own room, everything very clean, had a great gathering and kitchen area, and we LOVED the hot tub! It was in a great location. Easy to get to the little town center and not hard to get to the stadium. The owner was very helpful, too!

Very clean. Comfortable beds. Newly remodeled bathrooms. Snacks and amenities available. Older house. Could use a soap/shampoo holder in the shower. Replacing the single nightstand in the master bedroom with two smaller ones would allow more flexibility.

Cute little house

We didnt spend much time in the house, but it suited our needs. It was clean. The only thing that I would recommend, and it really wasnt a big deal, would be to minimize the air freshener that seemed to be coming from the vents. It didnt smell bad, but it was strong. Again, the house was super clean in a cute neighborhood, close to cute shops. I would definitely recommend.

Cozy house in cool neighborhood

We (two couples) spent a week here visiting family, sightseeing and watching the 2024 total solar eclipse. Would definitely book again. The house was great, well equipped if a bit quirky. The two main bedrooms are upstairs, with one en-suite bathroom. The second bathroom is downstairs, with steep stairs to negotiate at night. The wonderful spa is a 2-3 person deal, a bit awkward with four grownups. Interesting, safe neighborhood. Highly recommend coffee shop (Landlocked), ramen place (Strange Bird) and pub (Snug) all within walking distance.

Sweet house in Irvington

We had a two month stay in Irvington and needed a place with a bedroom/bathroom on the first floor and this was the perfect house. Close to downtown Irvington with lots of food options and easy access to other parts of the city. Very safe location with friendly neighbors. Lauren responded quickly to any question. Hot tub was a nice addition! Mattresses on 2nd floor were comfortable too! Walking trail just around the corner was perfect. Thanks for the nice stay!
