Guests have full access to the entire home (with the exception of a storage room and closet), including:
- All bedrooms & bathrooms
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Living and dining spaces
- Outdoor patio space
- Washer & dryer
- Free street parking

There are no indoor cameras — your privacy is respected.
Other things to note
- NO PARTIES or large gatherings allowed.
- NO SMOKING inside the home.

Exterior cameras (doorbell + side yard) are active for security during your stay. There are no indoor cameras.

We take pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming space for all guests — please treat our home with care and respect.

$1000 per incident

Smoking inside the home
$500 per incident

Unauthorized pet
$300 per pet per stay

Tampering with security devices (doorbell cam, outdoor cams, Vivint panel, smoke alarm etc.) $500 per incident

Excessive cleaning required / trash left everywhere
$150 - $300 (based on cleaning invoice)

Unauthorized late checkout
$50 per hour (beyond 1 hour late triggers 1 full night charge if needed)

Unauthorized extra guests beyond reservation
$100 per person per night
