« My husband and I came to Indy for the weekend for supercross. We wouldn’t be able to check in until after midnight, which I let Kevin know. He assured me it would be no problem and if I did encounter issues he would be available. We get to the property (by the way, no unit numbers on the buildings as far as I could see but it was dark so could be wrong), and the code to get into the rental is not working. I call him several times and text to no avail. I then contact VRBO who says they are...

« I never had any response from the property manager before the reservation, though I r ached out multiple times. Final he answered the phone over an hour after our check in time, and told me they just got it ready. The space inside was nice and big. However, there were no amenities like hand soap, extra blankets or the like. There wasn't even a top sheet on the bed and the only sheet on there had a cigarette burn in it. I had to text the property manager to get the WiFi password which was stated...

« This stay exceeded our expectations. So much room to spread out and relax. The private balcony with comfy patio furniture was absolutely perfect for a day outside watching for the solar eclipse. Clean, cozy furniture made for a great time indoors as well. The added garage to use with bikes inside for the nearby bike trail was the cherry on top. Outstanding hosts….will be returning if ever in the area again. The Spark next door has excellent coffee as well. Thank you! »

« We had a great stay in Indianapolis. The unit was extremely clean, comfortable and stylish. The kids really enjoyed the fuse ball table and there were plenty of appliances/cookware for us to enjoy a home cooked meal together and well as being feet away from at least 5 restaurants. Will definitely book with them again. »

« Everything was great between the space, location, and room. The only complaint that I could make was it that the water pressure in the bathroom could have been a little better. But that is the only negative thing that I can think of. Very spacious. »

« We enjoyed this stay and were grateful for the proximity to Eagle Creek Park. Slight smell of smoke as you entered the building, but that disappeared once we entered our unit. Kitchen is outfitted for light cooking. 3 Smart TVs was a plus. Beds are comfortable and soft. Good communication with our host. »

« Perfect location for a mother/daughter getaway. Does need some updating for the price - holes in furniture and comforters - bathrooms also need some attention. We had a wonderful stay though - great shopping and restaurants. »

« We came out for Memorial Day Weekend and wow, this place is perfect! Joann was great, the place was super clean, tons of space, right in the heart of the action in the Art District and very safe. Bedrooms were huge and kitchen was loaded with more amenities than we knew what to do with (I may need to purchase a similar coffee/espresso maker for home!). Definitely a place we will look to stay at again for any future visits to the area. »
