Nestled in Indian Lake, this lovely house offers a comfortable retreat for guests. Full Wifi and internet access, as well as netflix and roku. With two cozy bedrooms on the upper floor. One bedroom features a king bed , wall-mounted tv, large dresser and closet. Window air conditioner and cieling fan. The other bedroom has two separate twin beds , a wall-mounted tv, dresser, large window and optional window fan.
On the first floor there is a small room open to living room with a wonderful twin size day bed. The living room is huge with cathedral ceilings and wall to wall windows overlooking the lower fields and beautiful mountain views. There’s plenty of room to relax or work. The bathroom includes a stand up shower stall and a hair dryer for convenience. Huge open kitchen area with gas stove/oven, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, dining room table and kitchen island. Laundry room is on the first floor with washer and dryer. Back Deck access is through slider off kitchen. There is a patio dining table on deck as well with umbrella, great space to sit, enjoy the mountain views, bird watch, and observe the deer that frequent the field below morning and night. The front porch offers overhead lighting , cover from the weather, as well as seating in the most comfortable Adirondack Chairs. There are two Weber gas grills on front porch that can be used to grill breakfast lunch and dinner for those who prefer to cook outdoors. Guests can enjoy a pleasant stay with heating and air conditioning to keep the temperature just right. Whether you’re unwinding or catching up on work, this wonderful home provides a peaceful setting. Flower gardens and frequent hummingbirds make the walk to lower back yard seating and firepit an experience to remember! Yard games and kids toys in shed like badminton, bocce, tonka trucks and beach toys to be enjoyed by all ages. There is full access from the property to snowmobile trails, hiking trails, and 1/2 mile walk to downtown Indian Lake center. Lakes and rivers frequented by whitewater rafters, kayaking, canoeing, and power boats are minutes away by car.
