Welcome to your spacious coastal retreat in Indian Harbour Beach, perfect for families and groups looking for a laid-back getaway near the ocean. This five-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom home offers plenty of space for everyone to spread out, relax, and enjoy time together.



The upstairs loft includes a TV and provides an additional hangout area, while the converted garage offers even more room to gather, play table tennis, and enjoy the home’s private sauna. Guests can also step outside onto the private balconies or enjoy the fully fenced backyard.

The Location

The home is located approximately a fifteen-minute walk from the beach, making it easy to enjoy mornings by the ocean, relaxing beach days, and evening walks along the coast.



Guests also have access to the ForteBello Beachside community pool during their stay.

Guests will have full, private access to the home. You’ll receive a unique door code prior to arrival, which will activate at check-in time for easy, contactless entry.



Your Guest Portal will include your door code, Wi-Fi details, parking information, and other helpful stay information, all in one convenient place. If you have any questions or need assistance during your stay, our Guest Services team is always available.

The Neighborhood:

Indian Harbour Beach is a quiet, close-knit barrier island community on Florida's Space Coast — known for its unhurried pace, clean beaches, and genuinely local feel. The area around Mediterranean Way sits within easy reach of Millennium Beach Park and Canova Park, with a walkable main strip of cafes, shops, and casual dining connecting the neighborhood to the shore. It's a great fit for families, multi-generational groups, and anyone seeking a real Florida beach town experience away from the bustle of more commercialized tourist areas.



Many restaurants are a short walk away. For breakfast, stop by Corey's Deli and Bagels, for lunch and dinner, select from a wide variety of foods, such as seafood, steak, Italian, subs, Mexican, and much more!



Getting Around:

The beach is approximately a five-minute walk from the home, making it easy to leave the car behind for beach days. A vehicle is recommended for visiting restaurants, grocery stores, neighboring beach towns, and attractions throughout the Space Coast, while Uber and Lyft are generally convenient alternatives. Guests should park only in the property’s permitted parking areas because the garage is not available for vehicle parking.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

• Paper towels

• Toilet paper

• Tissues

• Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

• Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

• Garbage bags

• Sponges

• Dish soap

• Dishwasher tabs

If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.



PLEASE NOTE:

• Mailbox access is not available for guests

• All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.

• While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay.

• The community pool is a shared amenity.

• The sauna requires payment of $1.00/30 minutes of use. Payment must be made using quarters in the machine located to the right of the sauna.

• Guests may not park inside the garage because it has been converted into a hangout area.

• Some amenities may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, weather, HOA requirements, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Florida's warm climate means insects, lizards, geckos, and other local wildlife are occasionally seen. The property is professionally serviced, but encounters with local wildlife are a normal part of the environment.
