« Very convenient- 2 minute walk to the beach and shopping. Beach is great for surfing. Very nice and helpful property manager. The place needs an upgrade though - bathrooms could use some painting and living room furniture is kind of old. »

« The home is elegant. It faces the river/mainland with water views from every room. It's a split-level featuring a dramatic entry leading up to the living/dininig areas and down to a fully-equipped party room with two of the three bedrooms and massive projection TV. Out back is an inground pool, tanning beds and a private boat dock (rented separately). The home is beautifully furnished but (in my opinion) isn't set up to accomodate small children or rowdy teenagers. There's a instruction booklet...

« The property manager was wonderful to work with. I could not give the house a higher rating due to the fact that for the price I paid which was much more than I’ve ever spent on a rental place, I expected everything to be in pristine shape. It was not, in fact we discovered problems in every room. Everything from a rusty washer/dryer outside to air vents that were black from dirt.
