« The room booked through expedia was not available. We were downgraded to the old rooms without compasation. When I realized it I insisted but no more rooms like ours were available. What's more, the rooms are dirty and noisy. »

« Can’t believe they charge $160/night for this location. It looks like it’s falling apart from the outside. The carpets are sticky and dirty. It’s a terrible musty smell in the entire place. I’m just overall disappointed with this Bonvoy location. I may have to switch back to Hilton. I couldn’t even shower cause it just did not appear clean. I would not recommend »

« The common area’s windows, carpets, entrance doors, elevators all needed a good cleaning. The carpet looked as if it had never been vacuumed not to mention shampooed. The room was somewhat better, but stuffy and the shower left a lot to be desired. The kitchen area looked relatively clean but we did not use it. « We had stayed at a different hotel the night before (when this location was sold out) and it was less than ideal. We were welcomed from the moment we stepped on the Marriott property and took away so much stress from what had been a pretty hectic arrival into Shreveport. Mercedes at the front desk was absolutely amazing in helping get our room prepared and secured early for us, answer questions and making sure we had everything we needed.
