Chalets à Independence

« The property is beautiful, clean and well maintained! It had the best view out the window of the park and the river! We will be back! Great breakfast also! »

« FABULOUS Hotel! Only issue - I selected the balcony room overlooking the river when I purchased through Expedia, but when I arrived at the hotel, they told me that was NOT the room I booked. Unfortunately some of the sellers of the rooms advertise specific rooms but that is not what is booked at the hotel. luckily, the staff was EXCELLENT and actually had the room available that we wanted, so they moved us to that room. The hotel and town are beautiful, the room was great. The bathroom and...

« It was a beautiful property--loved the high ceiling in the room, and the decor. The only problem was the noise. We were on the ground floor, near an exit door. It sounded like the people above us were running in their room late at night. Every time someone went out the exit door, it sounded like someone was entering our room. Other than the noise, the hotel was great. Ask for a top floor room. :) »

« The town is cute, the area is cute. The property needs to be further along. The water in the kitchen has a bit of rust, but the adjacent bathroom the water was better, which we used. The beds were comfortable, the shower ok. No way to control the heat… needs window upgrades, holes in floors patched. The Vrbo app horribly difficult and frustrating, that definitely needs addressing. »

« It was a place to stay. I hope I do not need to stay there again. It was expensive for what it was. However, my bed and bathroom were very clean. Nice refrigerator. Pet policy is NOT what expedia shows. »

« Great place to stay with my two dogs. My room was very nice and the service was great »

« It was friendly and helpful when needed. Friendly staff. »

« Cet hôtel est vraiment top! Très confortable avec fauteuil et ottoman, bureau, cuisinette. Très bon petit déjeuner au Denny’s restaurant. Le meilleur! »

« Excellent à tous points de vue. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de buffet pour le petit-déjeuner. »

« Good »

« Grande chambre et petit dej correct »

« The only complaint was that the indoor pool was too cold to swim in. The hotel was clean, amenities were above normal and well stocked, and the breakfast was everything you hope a hotel breakfast would be and lacked nothing. Also, the area was safe. »
