« Do not book this North Indian Brahmin run place. I didn’t see a single non-upper caste Assamese among the staff. This place doesn’t benefit Kaziranga. Service was also shoddy- no one cleaned our room despite our notice to clean it. There is a management crisis, and the service gets dumped on the lowest human on their hierarchal scale. So the service is delayed. Food menu has no Assamese food and is expensive. They charged us Rs. 500 for 5 papads. Only a couple of service people were good. »

Especially the front office manager Kochi is very responsible. She gave us a free upgrade too coz of v few guests. Food is very good. In aug we needed a fan which was given. The resort is quiet forest area with no animals. Loved our stay »

Mais nous sommes en Inde, et particulièrement dans une région proche d'une frontière sensible, et il est important de pouvoir séjourner dans un endroit sécurisé, c'est le cas ici. Le personnel est très accueillant. »
