Located in the heart of Mallorca, in Inca and just a short distance from the centre, this spacious house is perfect for groups of up to 8 people looking for comfort, space and excellent connections to the rest of the island.
As for the exterior, on the top floor you can enjoy a jacuzzi for a relaxing soak with views of the city of Inca after a full day of sightseeing. The terrace also has a beautiful furnished porch where you can enjoy al fresco dining with your companions.

Inside, spread over 4 floors, it offers a cosy atmosphere. Starting on the ground floor, you will find a beautiful entrance hall with a sofa. Going up to the first floor, there is a spacious living-dining room with a sofa for watching films on the Smart TV. In the gas kitchen, you can prepare delicious meals as it is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils. The kitchen has access to the terrace with the porch. To finish off this floor, there is a toilet. On the second floor, you will find another room with armchairs that gives access to the 4 bedrooms on this floor. All of them have two single beds and one of them has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. Another bathroom with a shower serves this floor. Finally, on the top floor, there are two further bedrooms with single beds. All bedrooms have air conditioning. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair will be provided. The house has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board for your use.

Inca is a vibrant and charming town that combines tradition and modernity. Its weekly market is one of the largest and most popular on the island, and its strategic location in the centre of Mallorca makes it an excellent starting point for exploring nearby beaches, mountains and villages. Enjoy its fine cuisine, local atmosphere and proximity to everything Mallorca has to offer. The garage has parking and tools for bicycles, perfect for exploring the Sierra de Tramuntana mountains.
