Set back from the street, the home has a wraparound veranda and covered alfresco area, ideal for a barbecue, a few drinks or an afternoon spent catching up with family and friends.

Upstairs, the open-plan living, kitchen and dining area creates a comfortable place to come together, alongside two bedrooms and a bathroom. It’s an easy space to settle into after a day at the beach or exploring the local area.

Downstairs, the atmosphere shifts to holiday mode. Two additional bedrooms, a second bathroom and a dedicated games area complete with a pool table, darts and bar give everyone a reason to stay in for the evening.

For something a little different, there’s also an outdoor bath — a welcome spot to unwind after a day in the sun and saltwater.
