Things to know
• Please note: There is a trundle bed that serves as a full bed with a twin bed that pulls out from underneath.
• Traveler must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation.
• All guests must email pictures of their IDs to the property before check-in. Access to the unit will not be granted without providing valid identification in advance.
House rules
• NO SMOKING. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• PETS NOT ALLOWED.
