Our comfortable spacious apartment is a two bedroom ground/first floor apartment located in idyllic Ilfracombe. The apartment is located on the ground floor of the building and has 2 bedrooms with 1 double and 2 single beds. There is a newly fitted modern bathroom. It has a large bath and separate shower including underfloor heating. The living room is spacious and includes a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a DVD player, games and puzzles. This apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with handy utensils, a fridge freezer, a washing machine, an oven with a stove, a microwave, kettle and a toaster. The kitchen also has a dining table and chairs to sit up to four people. Towels and bed linen are provided in the apartment along with ironing facilities and WIFI.

Nearby you will find The Landmark Theatre, Capstone Hill a beautiful promenade boasting shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. Make your way down to the pier to take in the unique statue 'Verity' created by the famous Damien Hurst. There are many boat excursions to explore including fishing trips, seaside Safari and trips to beautiful Lundy Island.
