« My husband and I stayed at the Cooten House for 9 nights. We were met by Sam after we landed and he had us follow him to the house to make sure we were settled in. Jeremy followed up with texts to make sure we were comfortable. This certainly made us feel welcome and was a great start to an absolutely wonderful stay at this property.We loved the privacy, the quirky decor, and the view.
