« Our stay in Balvenie was very good. Nice apartment in a convenient location in Oban. One critique / watchout for future renters. The VRBO Listing showed the apartment as having both a washer and a dryer. We chose this apartment based on the advertisement of having a dryer as we knew we would need to do laundry at this juncture in our trip. As it turned out, the listing was wrong...there was no dryer. « The apartment is very nice and in a great location. Jacob's ladder was fun to climb, and the pictures and view makes it worth it! My only complaint is that it is on the 2nd floor (3rd if you're from the USA). With an older mother, it was difficult. Maybe state that on the listing. »

« Great view, as explained, clean flat, convenient place, there was an issue with the fridge, but solved. Forth floor with no lift might be a problem, but luckily not for us. »

« Location in the heart of Oban so good if you don’t have a car. Bedrooms and bathroom recently decorated and beds comfortable but both bedrooms could do with some more furniture (dressing table/chair/hooks?). Not as well equipped as expected and some of the kitchen equipment needs replacing (saucepans and utensils). « Property clean neat and had everything we needed. Quite large and airy. Property lists golf view never saw the course, nice patio we were able to use once because of the rain. Very satisfied. If you disabled it has a gravel walk down that might be challenging. Highly recommend this property. »
