« This property is very special. It's a vacation in of itself. It handled our 8 adults and two children (10 11) beautifully. Convenient to grocery etc. with a car rental. Quiet and serene. Good snorkeling right off the private beach. Comfy beds! Owner was very responsive. »

« I can’t say enough great things about this property and the hosts. The Villa was spotless, perfectly located and well appointed with everything you need to enjoy the beach and all that Exuma has to offer. It’s literally right on the beach facing Elizabeth Harbor and a beautiful sunrise each morning. The beds are comfortable (even the Murphy bed) which is a must. « Beautiful location but the cleanliness was not what I would expect. The place didn’t look vacuumed and requested it be redone. Service came and brought a small Dyson which is not sufficient for rugs. Stained coffee spots on vanity in master and over needed wiping. Pots need to be updated - wasn’t able to cook eggs even after we purchased oil. Not enough glasses for the number of guest. Only one rollof paper towels provided for 15 people for a week.
