« I booked a last minute stay for some time at the ocean. The booking/check in process was so easy with very detailed instructions sent the day of my arrival. The place was exactly as pictured, a well-appointed, clean cottage, with everything I needed. The host also left a welcome gift that was thoughtful and useful. « Can’t say enough about the convenience of this property. Seconds to the beach, with steps onto the sand almost in front of the house. Although it sleeps many, there is only one parking spot, so plan ahead for additional cars. Best kitchen i have ever seen in a rental, but bring a bag of ice. Great linen and plenty of it. Tv has every channel you could ever need, and games galore if it’s a rainy day and you are forced inside. Ideally you only have sun and fun! »

« The property was beautiful and very clean. They had all of the amenities needed which was very helpful - shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The view from the home was beautiful. We enjoyed a meal at the restaurant right across the street - the food was great and the waterfront location was awesome. The location in Kittery Point allowed for trips to Portsmouth NH, Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. We’ll definitely be back. »

The hostess Andra was amazing - fresh baked muffins, she was available when needed for any needs- even provided me with microwave popcorn! The location is right on Great Bay, lovely views - and amazing gardens surrounding the location. The bed was extremely comfortable (major in my mind) and the decor induces relaxation. « We are 4 men that rent a vrbo every year and play golf all week. There was plenty of room for everyone. The outdoor space was perfect for our cornhole boards and the fire pit added a fantastic touch. We would relax each night and watch the deer and turkey in the back part of the property. One of the nicest places we have stayed in our 20 years of excursions...perfect spot as a base play golf - many courses within 20 minutes. A rating from us. »

"Superbe hôtel, très bien placé dans le Downtown. De belles prestations, tout à proximité (de très bons retaurants? Et pubs). Le personnel est top. Le seul point d'achoppement si l'on veut être tatillon... Le stationnement... Il y a un valet 45 $ par jour😱sinon se trouver une place autour... Un peu dur mais ça va. Mais un super établissement❤"

"Magnifique hôtel, vue à couper le souffle, très belle chambre. Manque un peu d’activités compte tenu de la taille du resort. Dommage que les enfants ne puissent avoir accès qu’à une seule piscine extérieure, pas très grande d’ailleurs, ça devient vite monotone. Restaurant Tiller correct, tout le reste c’est snack et fastfood, donc clairement pas au niveau du standing. Le manger sain devrait être le standard dans un hôtel de cette catégorie, on n’y est clairement pas. Dans l’ensemble un peu impersonnel. La bonne nouvelle : tout ceci est totalement améliorable. Le lieu en lui même est dingue."
