« The Host emailed clear directions to get to the property. On arrival, we couldnt fault the cleanliness or believe how spacious it was. Just perfect for my large tribe.The beach and nearby shops were easy to walk to 10-15 mins.We were lucky enough to have brilliant days so beach and swimming everyday.Kitchen facilities and outdoor BBQ was awesome as we shopped for a small grocery items such as breakfast and a few dinners. « We loved staying at Tumutoa beach house. The aircon meant we could sleep at night. The view from the balcony and the front yard leading to the beach was beautiful. The separate bath and swimming towels were very helpful. The living areas are spacious although we mostly used the veranda/deck area. The kitchen was fully eqiupped. The wifi and filtered water were helpful. Couldnt have found a better place to stay. Thanks »

« The views are fantastic. Although you have elevated views, it is a short manageable walk to the beach. My 19 year-old daughter walked to the beach regularly accompanied by Rex the dog and who swam with her. She felt very safe. The home is very close to Wigmore’s a 24 hour petrol station and small supermarket. Besides selling normal grocery items it also sells chicken curry meals and yummy steaks for the barbecue. « This bungalow suited us perfectly. Reading the previous reviews, I can see the host has acted on most comments and improved things for the next visitor. I was pleased to see tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper. The air conditioning was amazing once you give it time to work. Decor is lovely. Free Starlink wifi was fantastic. Location is great, although is tucked behind the front bungalow so it doesn’t have wide views of the ocean, which didn’t bother us as it was a bit safer for our young child....
