You should get all the check-in info at least 2 days before your trip. I had no idea what to do or where to go once i landed to the island. « We loved it here. Not the Hilton but just what we needed to have a great time on our week stay. We were able to cook when we wanted. The air works like a charm. The bed was a bit to low and hard for us but just our feelings. The tub wouldn’t plug but we never complained. We made due without it. Had a good shower. The complex itself is on the beach so you just walk out of the apt and you are on the ocean. The location is unbeatable, across the street from the Hilton so unlimited dining options. « Cute condo and lots of extras like bag for beach, frisbee, beach towels, sunscreen, and even tequila someone left in the cabinet. There is no ice maker (I did find ice trays), no toaster, no deck/patio. Our biggest complaint is the tons of mosquitoes. Prepare to wear Off! and still get bit. The condo is off the main road quite a bit and the alley has a lot of vegetation, so I am not sure what the property manager could do to help the situation.
