« Our trip was in February 2025: The weather was sunny with highs around 78 and a slight breeze... perfect! The Villa was very clean and orderly. The king bed was comfortable. The neighborhood was quaint and well kept. The laundry area was immaculate and the General Manager, Shantell, was so kind and helpful. « Beautiful house in the most amazing location! The first two days I was blown away by the miles of perfect beaches to myself, and i am from sarasota! What I left with was the sadness of leaving home. Everyone in pelican point made me instantly a member of the family! This was the most beautiful and heart warming vacation I have ever had. I miss everything already as I sit and right this on the beach in anna maria island 8 hours after leaving! »

« Our check in and out was seamless. The property pays attention to the smallest details - from the up lighting on the docks to the coastal modern designs inside and out of the villas. The view is simply stunning. Entire unit had everything and more for a wonderful family vacation. Extremely secluded the way the villas are designed for the ultimate privacy. Even a conch shell for your outdoor shower head under the full moon. »
