« Could not be happier. 3 week stay. Needed a break from new home construction. Townhouse was spotless and I left it that way. For years I have stayed at the north end of topsail island between personal house constructions. Hobby since retirement from Duke. This was the nicest and cleanest rental. Very nicely decorated and as the ad said kitchen was stocked. Used the crock pot three times. Typically have always used local realtor but thought I’d try VRBO. Communication with host was excellent....

« My family and I booked this condo for an October stay and we loved it! We had enough room for 2 toddlers and 5 adults. We utilized the 2 pull out beds and they worked great for 2 adults. There were plenty of sheets and towels for all of us. The weather wasn’t great for our stay so we didn’t get to enjoy the amenities, but we still enjoyed the ocean view. « Home is in a prime location on the beach. Spectacular sunrise & sunset colors were enjoyed. Driveway sized amply for minivan or truck.Garage was used for our minivan. Outstanding elevator, spacious bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. Lovely kitchen and large refrigerator. Laundry room also appreciated. »
