« I had a very pleasant stay at Torre Mar while vacationing with my family on the Galápagos Islands. The premium suite was very spacious and very accommodating for a family of four. « The room had not been cleaned very well, as there were sweet wrappers on the floor by the side of the bed. The towels appeared to have been washed but smelt VERY bad, as if they had been put away while still very damp. We saw no hot water come out of the taps for the first 24 hours of our stay, despite trying periodically. We eventually had a brief bit of hot water but it only lasted long enough for my wife to have a shower. Mine was cold. And worst of all, they were over booked for our second...

« Great lodging with effective space for multiple groups of travelers. Location is perfect, off the tourist path, and easy to access by any taxis in Puerto Arroyo (just say you want to go to Parque Cascada). Groceries are available anywhere near the house, better produce quality found in the shops on Baltra Ave. Property manager is easy to communicate with and responds instantly. »
