Residences à Île San Francisco

« The room is EXTREMELY CLEAN. they take pride in their cleanliness and service. Staff are well trained and knowledgeable on the local activities. Pool is perfect for kids with their child friendly pool and the deeper pool goes to 7ft. Bar Berlin can make a variety of drinks and they have 2-3 staff members helping to make drinks. Food is delicious and made with love. It is the most expensive food option on the island but is worth it knowing you are eating fresh and safe food. The chef came...

« Excellent location, it’s a hidden gem, the small beach is easily accessible and feels so private. Perfect place to do yoga and meditation viewing the vast ocean view. Owner is so friendly and provided helpful inputs to access the location. Staffs are the best I have ever seen. Being a vegetarian, they were flexible to cook food for my choice. Property is well maintained and the pool is regularly cleaned. I would come back here again!! »

« The staff was extremely friendly. »

« Unfortunately, the room was not very clean, and there were a lot of bugs throughout the room. Ants were especially noticeable, so if you are allergic to ants or are very sensitive to insects, I would not recommend staying here. The cleanliness of the room definitely needs improvement, and the bug issue made the stay uncomfortable. That said, the staff was very nice and helpful. We got locked out of our room during our stay, and they were quick to help us get the issue resolved. »
