« Really stunning apartment but there is always room for improvement. The aircon did not work in both the lounge and bedroom so it was a bit uncomfortable. « The check-in process was frustrating. Guests are required to sit outside locked doors while wait for checkin at 3pm CAT. The reservations team is supposed to send guest’s registration link and access QR code but they refuse to send it before time because their checkin time is 3pm.
