« “Cozy”—accurate description, kind of tight inside. Host was extremely responsive, replaced broken toaster, but could not get microwave fixed during days we were there (part delivered, but it didn’t fit). Perhaps it was growth spurt due to weather, but weeds had really popped up in lawn. Hot humid weather while we were there, but minisplit HVAC handled it. »

« I came up to Wolfeboro with my family and we had a great time on the property. Comfortably slept 6 adults, very clean and super responsive host. We even used the free bikes and biked 10 mins into downtown Wolfeboro for breakfast and shopping. »

« The cabin was impeccably clean, well appointed with cutlery, pans and utensils. The information book had clear directions to get to both of the association beaches. The host even had welcome snacks out which my kids greatly appreciated! The "shed of fun" was a huge hit with my pre-teens with basketball, foosball, ping pong and darts all available for them to play with. We had a great stay and would certainly re-book! »

« This is a classic old-style cabin that reminded us of our childhood family trips in the 60’s. It’s not new, but a heck of a lot of fun if you’re in the right head space. Easily walked to town for dinner and to the shore. Clean and had everything we needed. »

« If you don’t mind answer all over your counter, illegal propane tank outside for your gas stove, smelling like propane and treacherous stairs going up to the cottage then I guess it might be a place for you. It definitely wasn’t for me. Yours will not be returning. »

« The two bedroom cottage I stayed in at Cottage Place during a relocation was really nice. It was very quiet, comfortable, and had everything you could want for a relaxing and memorable stay. The staff was very nice and helpful, and the location right next to Squam Lake was terrific. I look forward to staying there again in the Fall. »

« My bed was broken to the point where I was sleeping at an angle & The couch bed was nasty it had stains and dirt all over it , The bunk beds were like taking a trip to bar heaven it was truly a painful stay »
