« Check in and out was easy. The room was spacious and I felt spoiled. The exterior carving on the hotel and landscaping is beautiful. AC worked great. There are mosquitos on the island but the room had lots of anti-mosquito measures such as electric bug zapper, citronella coil, mosquito netting around the beds. I forgot to check outlet needs before travel and so I very much appreciated the power adaptors in the room! Easy to get to from the ferry. Lots of restaurants within walking distance....

« An absolutely incredible experience; start to finish! Pre-departure, the hotel staff ensure smooth airport transfers as well as a full menu of daily activities to consider. Upon arrival and throughout our stay, Mandarin's hotel staff exceeded our expectations. There is plenty to do on the premises and the food was excellent. The surrounding restaurants are also terrific and everything is a short drive from the hotel. Highly recommended. »
