« The staff were genuinely excellent—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed. They were kind to accommodate my request for a late checkout when I was running late.
The room itself was spotless and well-maintained, which immediately put me at ease. Housekeeping clearly does a great job here, and everything felt fresh and comfortable throughout my stay. Location was good for me as I drove up there, there was enough parking spots.

Room was great, very clean. Rainfall shower, comfy double bed, tea/coffee making facilities in the room and extras on cute little tables around the hotel, small but not too small TV in the room..
- Breakfast was amazing quality for the price (at the time of stay - £10 for full English breakfast including a pot a tea) and chef couldn't have been any more accommodating for my autism son if she tried.

« There was only one member of staff there over our 2 day stay & she was really nice and helpful (she seemed to be covering reception, housekeeping & kitchen). Got to say all the public areas could do with a good hoover and the skylight in our room was covered in green algae. Our room was clean (apart from the skylights) but small. Breakfast was really poor for the price we paid.
