« We arrived at the hotel but decided not to stay. We were hoping for an intimate/up market/select stay to celebrate our 10th Wedding Anniversary. Expedia (and the hotel) were helpful in allowing us to cancel the booking with full refund. Thank you. Please note that the hotel and restaurants can be very busy - this was off-season but the hotel was packed with Conference guests … we were told they stay 6 guests to an apartment. This is not high end although has facilities to cater for large numbers...

« Everything was perfect. The staff could not be better. They were welcoming, helpful and smily. The site is as beautiful as in the pictures. It leads directly to the beach. The breakfast was very good. All the amenities worked well (business center, accessible gym, hammoc, internet, pools, etc.) »

« The room was trash with a dirty bathroom with mold. Dirty walls a dirty blanket and dirty chairs. This was brought to the attention of the hotel staff they did nothing. They were indifferent. The view of the beach is watch you are paying for as the room is basically a run down motel. They have a one towel per day policy for the pool and rooms so you need to find a way to dry them. »

« Primeramente, el hotel cuenta con una excelente ubicación con Supermercado y Farmacia a 50 mts. Rápida llegada a Playa ingleses: 4 minutos caminando. Centro de ingleses a 10 minutos caminando. Excelente trato y calidez del personal del hotel en todas sus áreas. Extraordinario desayuno! Con menú variado, completo y rico. Las instalaciones del hotel así como los espacios verdes, piscinas, área para chicos en perfecto estado. 100% recomendable, con seguridad volvería. Ambiente familiar y tranquilo...
