« The ceiling leaked in one of the bedrooms. We reported it. We were told it was fixed and it was not. There was obvious evidence of leaking ceilings in the villa. The internet worked only in the living room. The ice machine didn't work in the fridge. The showers spray on the floor if you don't turn it to the wall (no curtains). »

« We had a fantastic stay in Rincón. The home was exceptionally clean and well maintained, which really stood out and made the stay very comfortable.
