I also grew up in this town and am well aware of mold, weather elements and yet there seemed to be total disregard for general rental worthiness! « Great option to enjoy Naples, the beach and the gastronomy. Close to 5th avenue. The neighborhood is old but quiet and safe with many houses around already been updated. The host very responsive and the house is brand new. Heated pool, new furniture, spacious kitchen, perfect for a family of 5. We spend a great time. »

« The house was as described, overall clean. Hot tub was nice and we used it at night. The bikes left in the garage to use, tires were flat, pump there but not the right kind for the bike. wanted to use the grill but did not work to light it. The few minor things like dirty shower curtain was remedied by a email to the owner/company. The broken hair dryer also remedied by same email. both things arrived at house by amazon delivery. The house is comfortable and spacious, with the back deck being the standout feature: The canal setting is pretty, and we used the hot tub (not pictured in listing) daily and enjoyed the seating around fire pit and chaise lounges.
