« The property makes you leave a cash deposit, they won't just hold it on your credit card. I asked for ice for my room, they said they don't have it. I asked for a fan for my room, they said they didn't have it. I asked for a king-size bed, they gave me two twins. When I pushed the two twins together, I found dirty cigarette butts and trash. Mini-fridge barely works. Not near any stores, restaurants or shopping. Paid for breakfast with the booking, had to fight with them because they said...

« From service to room cleanliness, everything was top notch. The hotel is newly opened so not a lot of people know about it but this is by far the best hotel I’ve ever stay in Vietnam. Also Hieu and Nam are very helpful and kind. They always made sure that our stay was ok and if we need anything else. The view is amazing! »

« Nice civilized jungle getaway. Bungalos were excellent! Hiking to waterfalls and mountain river natural stone pools was amazing and not so hard. The only bad thing was a guy at the restaurant. Busy by himself, forgot to give our order to the kitchen, watching tiktoks,chatting outloud with friends, doing anything except his job. »
