« Great half-way stay on our cycling trip of the Shimanami Kaido. Very small room so somewhat overpriced for what you get, but location was fantastic, everything was very clean, & the on-site restaurant was so delicious! »

« This place was perfect for our multi-family group coming through for the Shimanami Kaido. The place was immaculately clean and had everything we needed even slippers. It was a beautiful authentic Japanese space with all the modern amenities. There’s not a lot around but Family Mart is about a 5 min bike ride away. We ordered breakfast through this stay with Wakka which was about a less than min bike ride away. I would definitely recommend this place - a great value stay. »

« This was our (family of four age 9 and 11 kids) first Ryokan experience. It was incredible. We loved the authentic Japanese feel. It was an adventure getting there on a boat and we rented bikes next door for a beautiful all day ride. It’s a great spot to ride from in the middle of the Kaido. If you want a traditional, relaxing stay—book this! We hope to return. (We did 2 rooms with 2 people each because the bedrooms are smallish.) »

« 모든 직원들은 정말 친절했고, 최고의 서비스를 선사해주었습니다. 객실 내 분위기 또한 전통 일본의 느낌을 많이 받았구요. 하지만, 객실 내 거미가 너무 많이 살고 있었습니다.(나무 틈 사이마다 거미가 나옴) 추가로 방음은 거의 없다시피 외부의 소음이 그대로 들어오고 나갑니다. 편의점과의 거리도 멉니다. 하지만 여행와서 1박 정도는 이런 분위기 속에서 자보는 것도 나쁘지 않다고 생각합니다. »

« As much as I'd like to recommend staying here on your trip to bunny island, I cannot. The host did provide details for self check-in, but the property is in various states of disrepair. The AC is left off during the summer, so when we entered, it was hot and humid. The bathroom was left off as well and had accumulated mold. It smelled atrocious to the point we were pretty sure it would be a hazard to use it. I don't expect to incur any penalties, but the host also had many fee addendums...
