« The rooms and property were amazing. Rooms are so spacious, we loved it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only complaint we have is that we thought we had access to the pool but did not know we had to pay 2,000 yen per person to use the pool. This information was not made available to us when we booked it on line. This is our only complaint . Otherwise, an amazing hotel. Beautiful! »
