« I feel bad having to leave a poor review overall as the owner was very accomodating and resjponsive but there are some big concerns I wish I had known before I rented. On the accurate side, the location is outstanding. I had seen the cottage on a previous trip and knew we wanted to be smack on the boardwalk. It is before season so the beach was all ours. Kitchen and bathroom are dated but clean.
On the " not good but maybe not a dealbreaker given the location" was the shabbiness- inadequate...

« Daughter and I stayed for 3 nights for a concert. Efficiency was exactly as described & pictured. Fabulous communication with host! Loved the murphy bed! And we really appreciated the heater, after a long day outside in the rain. Would stay here again, and my daughter agreed. »
