« We had a wonderful stay at Kittyâ€™s cottage. The cottage is so homely and feels really welcoming. Itâ€™s lovely and warm, even when the weather outside was freezing. It was super clean and very well equipped. We loved walking on the beach, which is only moments away, with such beautiful views. Driving over Galloway forest park, we stopped to feed the goats and deer, which was wonderful. You need to take your own carrots or other fruit / veg to feed them. Long walk from the Childrenâ€™s twin bedroom, the length of the building and downstairs to use the toilet throughout the night. « The cottage itself was lovely. A really nice chilled week, however the property just required a bit of TLC, it is just looking a bit tired and rough in some areas and the cleanliness was average to say the least. Some plates had been put away dirty and there was cobwebs in several of the rooms. The location was pretty good and it was only 30 minutes in to Glasgow and Ayr is nearby. Overall I would give a 7/10. »
