Captain's View Guesthouse: Aegean's heart unfolds in your eyes

From the stone yard, on your right the view reaches island of Chios- on your left you can see Mykonos, Tinos, Andros, like rocks into the sea. At the sunset, like a drawing all the central Aegean, the heart of Archipelago, unfolds in front of you. Through the short path you have your own beach with sand and crystal waters, shadow from plane trees and a natural pool hidden in the rocks. In Raches Ikarias: 5 km. from Nas, 8 km. from Armenistis, 14 km. from Christos, 17 km. from Karkinagri.

Captain's View Guesthouse itself is a 2- room apartment at 50 sq.m.: consists of 2 bedrooms (airconditioning in each one), kitchen- hall and toilet with shower. First bedroom has one big double bed, second one has two single beds and a sofa that converts to a bed as well. Kitchen is well equipped (kitchen with oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster etc) and has all the necessary cooking stuff (such as pans, pots etc). There is a wifi (150- 280 mbps), TV 32", cable tv (satelite channels as well), water boiler, portable heating bodies. The yard is made of ikarian stone and its west orientation makes the sunsets look like drawings.

Guests have exclusive access to the whole house and the yard. The settlement itself is located just aside the coastal road of the island (asphalt road). There is space for easy, free parking and a 40 meters paved path drives you to the entrance of the property.

There is check- in without the host. During your stay we are 24h available to contact us (phone, viber, email) so as to solve any issue of the house may troubles you. Even if we won't be psysically present, there is a network of friends and associates that will handle it.

For whom to may be concerned we can bring you in contact with professionals experienced in guided tours related to the ikarian culture, history and tradition- as well to an extraordinary way of thinking and living that still stands. Furthermore, there can be excursions, hikings, visits in vineyards and wineries of the island.
