Six uniquely styled bedrooms accommodate up to 12 guests in complete comfort, with the option to host up to 15 when needed. Clean architectural lines and contemporary design create a sophisticated atmosphere, enhanced by premium furnishings and state-of-the-art appliances.


Expansive, light-filled spaces flow effortlessly outdoors through floor-to-ceiling glass panels, revealing uninterrupted sea views that become part of the living experience. Designed with sustainability in mind, the villa incorporates solar energy systems, a thermal facade, and natural materials such as stone, offering a stay that feels both elevated and grounded.

Bedroom 6 - Studio (Private Entrance): Queen-size bed (1.60m x 2.00m), ensuite bathroom with stand-up shower, living area with sofa bed (accommodates 16th guest), kitchenette with sink and coffee maker, TV, and a steam fireplace, closet with safe deposit box. Studio also features A/C & ceiling fan.

-Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
